When I create my fine art, I like to think I’m breathing onto my canvas, or paper; and that I’m letting out the pain in my body through my oil pastels — my favourite thing to create with!
I’m an autistic artist living with ADHD, chronic nerve pain & fatigue, and all of these serve to influence my worldview. I’d say my art captures a sense of longing, and isolation, how I feel looking out through my skylight when I’m bed bound.
